Ilhaflow values transparency and care for its clients. This Accessibility Statement aims to clearly inform about the access conditions, physical limitations, and safety requirements related to the nautical experiences and tours offered.
Accessibility of Experiences
Ilhaflow experiences take place in natural and maritime environments, involving boarding, sailing, disembarking on natural beaches and, in some cases, hiking, diving or physical activities.
For this reason, the experiences are not considered accessible for people who require constant assistance with locomotion or mobility, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, or permanent support from others.
Embarkation, Navigation and Disembarkation
Boarding and disembarking are done directly on the vessel, and on natural beaches, disembarking is not always dry;
In many cases, the boat gets as close to the beach as possible, and the rest of the access is done with water up to the feet or knees;
Balance, basic mobility, and the ability to climb aboard and disembark from the vessel with crew assistance are necessary.
Children, Pregnant Women and Health Conditions
Children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket at all times while the vessel is in motion;
Some experiences are not recommended for pregnant women, especially in rough sea conditions;
Individuals with medical restrictions, physical limitations, heart, respiratory, orthopedic, or other health conditions should carefully evaluate their participation and inform the Ilhaflow team beforehand.
Safety Equipment
Ilhaflow provides the required safety equipment, including life jackets, and operates in accordance with the regulations of the Brazilian Maritime Authority. The use of the equipment and compliance with the crew's instructions are mandatory.
Individual Assessment
We recommend that each client assess their physical condition, comfort level, and personal limitations before making a reservation. If you have any questions about the suitability of the experience, our team is available to provide guidance and clarification beforehand.
